ZoomIn Access ("the App") is a residential intercom and access management system that allows property residents to receive visitor notifications, conduct video calls with visitors at their door, and remotely control property entry points. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, username, unit number, and property assignment, provided when your account is created by a property manager or owner.
• Authentication credentials: passwords are stored as a one-way cryptographic hash and are never readable after creation.
• Device tokens: push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple APNs) are stored to deliver incoming call alerts and visitor messages to your device.
• Call logs: records of calls between your unit and property entry points, including timestamp, participants, and call outcome. These are retained for up to 30 days.
• Visitor information: names or nicknames you enter to identify expected visitors for access purposes.

Camera and Microphone

The App requests access to your device's camera and microphone solely to conduct video calls with visitors at your property's entry point. Camera and microphone streams are transmitted peer-to-peer using WebRTC and are not recorded or stored by us.

Push Notifications

The App uses push notifications to alert you to incoming visitor calls and messages. Notification tokens are stored securely on our server and used only to deliver notifications to your device.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and authorize access to your property's features.
• To route incoming visitor calls and notifications to your device.
• To maintain a call history for your unit.
• To allow your property manager to administer unit and resident information.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and processed on Google Cloud Run, both operating within Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We do not store camera or microphone content.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared only with:

• Your property manager, to the extent necessary for property administration.
• Google (Firebase/Cloud Run) as our infrastructure provider, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) to deliver push notifications to your device.

Advertising

The App contains no advertisements and does not use advertising networks.

Data Retention

Account and resident data is retained for as long as your account is active in the system. Call logs are retained for up to 30 days. Push notification tokens are removed when you log out or when they become invalid.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting your property manager or reaching us at the address below. Because accounts are provisioned by property managers, account creation and removal is handled through your property administrator.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by residents of managed residential or commercial properties. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
